What happened?

Sellmark Corporation discovered that a cybercriminal gained access to its computer network between March 10, 2025, and April 14, 2025. An investigation revealed that the unauthorized actor obtained copies of certain documents from company servers.

A review took place, and on Aug. 14, 2025 it was determined that the compromised documents contained sensitive personal and financial information. This type of breach puts consumers at risk for identity theft and financial fraud.
