The company discovered that, on or around Feb. 23, 2026, files were removed from its network by an unauthorized third party. After a forensic investigation, it was determined on June 10, 2026, that these files contained personal and protected health information.

On March 11, 2026, the hacking group known as Akira claimed responsibility for the attack and posted about the breach on the Tor network, stating that they had obtained employee files, financial records, client and partner files, and other sensitive documents.
