Between May 27, 2025, and June 16, 2025, Risk Program Administrators experienced a data breach involving unauthorized access to certain employee email accounts.

The breach was discovered after suspicious activity was detected, prompting RPA to secure the affected accounts and launch an investigation with the help of external cybersecurity experts.

The investigation revealed that an unauthorized individual gained access to emails containing sensitive information.
