What Happened?

On Oct. 6, 2025, Ever Care Corporation d/b/a Right at Home confirmed a data breach. The company first discovered unusual activity on Sept. 3, 2025, prompting an investigation.

It was determined that certain files had likely been accessed and acquired without authorization as part of a ransomware attack. The hacking group Sinobi claimed responsibility for the breach and posted about it on the dark web on Oct. 8, 2025, stating they had obtained 50 GB of data, including customer data and contracts.

On Oct. 23, 2025, affected individuals began receiving written notifications.
