What happened?
In May 2025, RFK Racing discovered suspicious activity on certain systems within its network. After launching an investigation, the company determined that unauthorized individuals had accessed or taken files containing sensitive information. On Aug. 4, 2025 it was determined that the data breach compromised at least 13,632 people across the United States
Roush Fenway Keselowski Racing sent written to affected individuals on Sept. 12, 2025. The cybersecurity incident compromised personally identifiable information (PII), which can put impacted people at risk for identity theft and fraud.
