What happened?
On Aug. 11, 2025, Revere Health was notified that a cybercriminal accessed sensitive information through a third-party patient and payment processor. The breach was reported as a hacking incident and compromised both personal and protected health information. The specifics of the cybersecurity incident have not been released. The breach has raised concerns for patients and individuals whose private data may have been compromised.
