About Reimagine Network

The organization is the largest nonprofit provider of disability services in Orange County. Reimagine Network serves more than 500 people daily, offering programs that include child development, continued learning and health and wellness services.

What happened?

On June 23, 2025, Reimagine Network experienced a suspicious network disruption. The investigation revealed that certain files may have been accessed or acquired by a cybercriminal during the data breach.

By Aug. 6, 2025, it was determined that an unauthorized actor may have obtained the individual personal and protected health information of thousands of individuals. Reimagine Network posted a Notice of Data Incident on its website on Aug. 28, 2025 and began notifying affected individuals.

The cybersecurity incident was disclosed to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on Aug. 29, 2025, reporting at least 4,799 individuals affected.
