What Happened?

On July 29, 2024, Redbrick LMD detected unusual activity in its network environment. After securing their systems and launching a thorough investigation with cybersecurity professionals, Redbrick LMD determined on March 7, 2025, that certain files containing personal information were likely accessed and taken by an unauthorized actor.

The breach affected approximately 8,301 individuals across the United States, including residents in Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire. Redbrick LMD began notifying affected individuals on April 25, 2025, using substitute notice.
