RCI Hospitality Holding through its subsidiary RCI Internet Services Inc., recently discovered a cybersecurity incident.

The breach was first detected on March 23, 2026, but investigation revealed it started on March 19, 2026. The company reported that its business operations were not impacted.

Upon discovery, RCI took steps to investigate and respond, working with third-party cybersecurity experts.

By April 7, 2026, the investigation concluded that a vulnerability in the company’s internet information services web server allowed unauthorized access to certain personal information belonging to numerous independent contractors.
