What Happened?

On July 16, 2026, a ransomware group known as CHAOS claimed responsibility for a cyberattack on Radia Inc. P.S. The group posted on the dark web, stating they had obtained 655 GB of sensitive data from the organization. The compromised data includes a wide range of information affecting both patients and employees.

Information Allegedly Exposed:

• Clinical and patient PHI (protected health information), including patient full names, Social Security numbers, medical record numbers, dates of birth, account numbers, patient history questionnaires, diagnostic imaging reports and full medical billing records
• Database exports containing full PII records such as patient names, dates of birth, addresses, sex, emails and home phone numbers
• Corporate finance and accounting records, including accounts receivable/payable, tax information, banking records, 1099 forms, budgets, CPA documents and fixed asset ledgers
• Legal and contract documents such as high-level agreements, data access agreements, NDAs, notary documents, W9s and due diligence transaction reports
• HR and employee records, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, 401k details, benefits, I-9 forms, FMLA/ADA records and ADP system data

The data was reportedly made available on the dark web.
