What Happened?
On Oct. 9, 2025, Questo discovered unusual activity within its network environment.
After securing their systems, the company began an investigation with outside cybersecurity professionals to determine the scope of the incident. The investigation revealed that between Oct. 1 and Oct. 9, 2025, an unauthorized actor accessed certain files containing personal information.
Information Exposed:
- Full names and dates of birth
- Driver’s license or other government identification card numbers
- Passport numbers
- Tax information
- Social Security numbers
- Financial account information
- Payment card information
- Medical information
At this time, at least 354 Texas residents and 15 Massachusetts residents were affected.
