In September 2025, Pure Haven discovered suspicious activity involving an internal account. On or around Sept. 5, 2025, Pure Haven determined that a cybercriminal may have accessed or acquired certain personal information on Sept. 2, 2025.
Pure Haven completed its review on Oct. 1, 2025, and began notifying affected individuals by written notice on Oct. 10, 2025. The breach was also reported to the Maine Attorney General’s office on Oct. 13, 2025.
