What Happened?

On March 24, 2025, Pulse Urgent Care Center discovered suspicious activity within its network. An investigation revealed that unauthorized individuals had gained access and deployed malicious software, resulting in a ransomware attack.

The cybercriminal group MEDUSA later claimed responsibility for the breach, stating they had obtained 60.70 GB of data and threatened to publish it on the dark web.
