What Happened?

Pritchard Brown detected unauthorized access to its network between Sept. 16, 2025, and Oct. 15, 2025.

The company discovered the breach on or about Oct. 14, 2025, and after a forensic investigation, determined on March 17, 2026, that certain files containing sensitive personal information may have been accessed or acquired without authorization.

On Oct. 29, 2025, INTERLOCK claimed responsibility for the hack and posted about it on the dark web, stating that they had obtained 1.3 TB of data, including over 1.7 million documents and more than 200,000 folders. The leaked files reportedly included technical designs, project documentation, contracts and internal records.

According to the notice filed with the Massachusetts Attorney General on April 13, 2026, the following types of consumer information were exposed:

Information Exposed:

  • Driver's licenses
  • Financial account numbers
  • Medical records
  • Full names
  • Social Security numbers

At least four Massachusetts residents were affected, with the total number of affected individuals not specified.
