What happened?
Primary Health Services Center experienced a major cyberattack compromising both personally identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI). The ransomware group INC RANSOM claimed responsibility for the attack and posted about the data breach on the dark web, stating they had obtained PHSC’s data.
PHSC began notifying affected individuals by mail on July 10, 2025 and published a data security incident notice on its own website. The total number of impacted patients has not been released.
