What Happened?
On or around April 13, 2026, Prescribe FIT discovered that an unauthorized third party had compromised one of its email accounts.
The company took steps to secure and remediate the incident, including engaging third-party cybersecurity experts to investigate and confirm the security of their systems.
The breach was reported to the South Carolina Attorney General on Sept. 10, 2026. According to the disclosure, 1,303 individuals in South Carolina were affected.
The personal information impacted as a result of the incident included names and other personal information.
