What Happened?

Powerhouse Retail Services discovered a data breach on Jan. 22, 2026. An unauthorized individual gained access to the company's network and may have viewed certain data. The breach likely occurred on or about Sept. 20, 2023.

The data incident was reported to the attorneys general offices of Maine and Vermont. The company notified affected individuals by written notice on Feb. 3, 2026.

A total of 7,856 people in the United States were affected, including 34 in Maine and nine in Rhode Island.
