What happened?

On June, 16, 2025 PCE Constructors discovered a network disruption. An investigation was launched and revealed that a cybercriminal gained access to the PCE network between June 12, 2025 and June 17, 2025 and acquired sensitive data belonging to current and former employees.

PCE notified impacted individuals by mail. The data breach was also disclosed to the Montana and Texas Attorney Generals' offices beginning on Sept. 18, 2025.
