About Payactiv

Payactiv is a financial services company that provides Earned Wage Access (EWA) solutions. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in California, Payactiv allows employees to access a portion of their earned wages before payday. This service is designed to help workers avoid high-interest payday loans and overdraft fees by offering a way to get paid for work already completed.

The company partners with more than 1,400 employers, including large organizations such as Walmart, Wendy’s, and Pizza Hut. Payactiv’s platform integrates with payroll and HR systems like ADP and Paychex, making it widely accessible to hourly and lower-income workers across the United States, Canada, Australia, and Pakistan.

In addition to wage access, Payactiv offers financial wellness tools, including bill pay, savings, budgeting, and financial counseling.
