The breach affected a reported 25,659 people in the United States, including residents in Texas (3,280), Maine (30), Massachusetts (300), and New Hampshire (67).

Oxford Life notified affected consumers by U.S. Mail starting May 13, 2025. The breach was reported to several state attorney general offices between May 13 and May 16, 2025.
