What Happened?

On Jan. 8, 2026, a threat actor using the name "stuckin2019" claimed to have breached OpenLoop Health's systems and posted about the incident on the open web. The breach reportedly exposed sensitive data of approximately 1.6 million patients, including full names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, dates of birth, and IP addresses.

OpenLoop Health disclosed the breach to the Texas Attorney General on March 18, 2026. In Texas alone, 68,160 individuals were reported as being affected.

The company notified affected consumers via U.S. Mail and broadcast the incident on Texas-wide media.
