About OneDigital Investment Advisors

OneDigital Investment Advisors is an SEC-registered investment adviser based in Overland Park, Kansas, and operates as a subsidiary of Digital Insurance LLC.

Founded in 1987, OneDigital serves individuals, institutions, retirement plans, and businesses across the United States. The company conducts a wide range of services, including individual wealth management, retirement plan advisory, and institutional consulting

What Happened?

On Aug. 22, 2025, OneDigital was notified by Salesforce, its customer relationship management platform provider, about a possible data security event affecting Salesforce and Drift, an online chat tool managed by Salesloft. This incident did not involve a compromise of OneDigital’s own internal network or systems.

A forensic investigation revealed that between Aug. 12 and Aug. 18, 2025, certain data stored in Salesforce was potentially accessed and copied by an unauthorized actor due to a compromise of the Drift application.

OneDigital then conducted a thorough review to determine what sensitive customer information was involved. Written notice was sent to impacted individuals starting April 8, 2026.

The breach affected a total of 28,414 people in the United States, including 73 Maine residents.
