In August 2025, a ransomware group known as INC RANSOM claimed responsibility for a cyberattack on OB-GYN Associates. The incident was made public on Aug. 30, 2025, when the cybercriminals posted about the breach on the Tor dark web network.
According to the hackers, they gained access to the organization’s data, which could include both personally identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI). The total number of impacted patients and employees has not been released.
