What Happened?

On Jan. 19, 2026, Oak View Group discovered that an unauthorized third party had accessed a subset of its legacy systems.

The investigation revealed that the breach began on Dec. 16, 2025, and during this time, certain files were removed from the company's network.

The breach affected information collected from individuals who worked as contractors or vendors at an Oak View Group-managed venue. In Massachusetts alone, 335 people were affected.
