The August 2025 Data Breach

On Aug. 18, 2025, Northwest Medical Specialties PLLC received notification from a cybercriminal claiming to have accessed sensitive company data. An investigation determined that certain data within the network was potentially copied without authorization on Aug. 15, 2025.

A review was completed by Aug. 22, 2025, and Northwest Medical Specialties PLLC reported the data breach to the Washington State Attorney General on Aug. 28, 2025. According to the disclosure, a total of 3,846 Washington residents were affected.

Affected individuals were notified by mail beginning on Sept. 3, 2025.
