The organization took steps to secure the account, reset credentials and engaged external cybersecurity experts to investigate the incident. While the investigation is ongoing, it has been confirmed that an unauthorized individual accessed the email account.

NCBHS is currently reviewing the account to determine which individuals and what information may have been affected.
