What Happened?

On June 16, 2026, Neon One discovered a cybersecurity incident involving Klue, a software vendor that provides an integration service for Neon One’s Salesforce CRM platform. The breach occurred between June 11 and June 12, 2026, and resulted in unauthorized access to certain personal information.

After learning of the incident, Neon One launched an investigation with cybersecurity experts. The breach was contained, and no further impact was identified.

On July 31, 2026, affected individuals were notified about the breach.
