It was discovered that between June 8 and June 10, 2025, certain information within their systems was subject to unauthorized access or acquisition.
After a thorough review, MV Financial Group determined the types of information involved and notified affected individuals.

- Drivers licenses
- Financial account information
- First and last names
- Social security numbers
The incident was disclosed to the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation on Feb. 12, 2026. In Massachusetts, 33 people were reported as affected.
