What happened?

In Oct. 2025, Muller Insurance disclosed a data breach. The cybersecurity incident compromised personally identifiable information (PII) of an unknown number of customers and/or employees.

The insurance agency reported the data breach to the Massachusetts Attorney General's office on Oct. 1, 2025. The company began notifying impacted individuals by mail on the same day.
