What Happened?

Minnesota ENT detected unauthorized access to six of its user email accounts.

Upon learning of the incident, the company secured its network and began a thorough investigation with external cybersecurity professionals. On July 15, 2026, it was determined that files containing personal information may have been accessed by an unauthorized party.

The breach was disclosed to the Massachusetts Attorney General on Aug. 12, 2026. The types of information exposed varied by individual, but may have included the following:
