On Nov. 10, 2025, Med Atlantic, Inc. discovered and remediated a network compromise that could have permitted an unauthorized individual to access sensitive personal information. The company immediately stopped the compromise, secured the data, and engaged third-party experts to investigate the incident.
The investigation determined that certain files containing personal or health information were compromised.

- Datea of birth
- Full names
Notably, a ransomware group called MS13-089 claimed responsibility for the attack and posted about it on a dark web forum on Dec. 15, 2025.
