What Happened?
In September 2024, the Practices discovered suspicious activity on their computer network. An investigation revealed that unauthorized access occurred between July 30, 2024, and September 16, 2024 and certain files were accessed or downloaded without authorization.
The cybersecurity incident was disclosed to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on November 15, 2024. At least 501 current and former patients in the United States were reported to be affected.
