What Happened?

A data breach affecting Martin Brothers was discovered on April 28, 2025. The incident occurred within the systems of PDCM Insurance, a third-party benefits administration partner for Martin Brothers.

According to the investigation, unauthorized access took place between April 27 and April 28, 2025.

On Feb. 17, 2026, PDCM’s investigation confirmed that information related to individuals connected to Martin Brothers was involved. The company formally notified Martin Brothers and regulatory authorities on Aug. 3, 2026.
