Between July and August of 2025, Madison Healthcare Services experienced a data breach.
An unauthorized third party gained access to certain files within the company’s network. The breach was later claimed by a group called Worldleaks, who posted about the incident on the dark web on Sept. 23, 2025.
The breach was disclosed to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on Dec. 2, 2025, and to the Massachusetts Attorney General office on Sept. 25, 2026.
