What Happened?

A data breach affecting Live Nation Entertainment was disclosed to the Vermont Attorney General on Oct. 1, 2026.

On Sept. 4, 2025, ByteToBreach, a threat actor, claimed responsibility for an attack against Live Nation and its subsidiary, Ticketmaster. The compromised information reportedly included personally identifiable information (PII) of individuals.

It remains unclear at this time if the October 2026 attorney general disclosure is related to the September 2025 dark web posting.

According to the official disclosure, the following types of consumer information were exposed:
