On July 14, 2025, Laurel Health Centers discovered unusual activity in its email environment. An investigation was immediately launched with the help of third-party forensic specialists and legal counsel. It was determined that an unauthorized individual had accessed certain information between July 11, 2025, and July 25, 2025. The investigation concluded on Dec. 30, 2025, and notifications to affected individuals began soon after.
