What Happened?
Jeffrey Lisiecki MD discovered a data privacy incident involving the unauthorized access of an employee's email account.
The breach occurred sometime between November 2024 and January 2026. On April 19, 2026, it was confirmed that the compromised email account contained protected health information (PHI) of patients.

- Scheduling information
The incident was reported to the Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights, and disclosed to the Massachusetts Attorney General on May 22, 2026.
