What happened?
Jack's Family Restaurants discovered suspicious activity involving a cloud-based platform used to store employee information. An investigation revealed that, between July 24 and Aug. 10, 2025, a threat actor accessed sensitive information from the platform.
By Sept. 25, 2025, BJH Holding Corp had completed a review to determine the scope of the breach and identify affected current and former employees. Written notice was sent to those individuals on Oct. 21, 2025.

The data breach was also reported to the Maine Attorney General's office on Oct. 21, 2025. The total number of impacted Jack's employees has not been released.
