What Happened?
On Jan. 14, 2026, Ira L. Savetsky, MD discovered a potential incident involving unauthorized access to an employee’s email account.
An investigation determined that the email account was accessed without authorization at some point between November 2024 and January 2026. By April 13, 2026, it was confirmed that certain patients’ protected health information was present in the compromised account.

The company reported the incident to the Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights, as well as to the Massachusetts Attorney General.
