An investigation revealed that this account was accessible to an unauthorized individual from Dec. 1, 2025, to Dec. 11, 2025. By March 6, 2026, the company determined that certain personal information was present in the compromised email account and could have been accessed. A detailed review was completed by March 17, 2026, to identify the affected individuals and the specific information involved.

The breach was reported to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on March 31, 2026. According to the report, 3,171 people in the United States were affected.
