What Happened?
IPPC discovered suspicious activity on its technical network and quickly took systems offline to investigate.
The investigation revealed that an unknown actor accessed their network between Sept. 18, 2025, and Sept. 19, 2025. During this time, files were copied and potentially viewed.
After a detailed review, it was determined that sensitive information relating to certain individuals was involved. The review was completed on or around Feb. 9, 2026.
