What Happened?
On Nov. 5, 2025, ID Care discovered suspicious activity on its computer network. An investigation with cybersecurity experts revealed that an unknown actor gained unauthorized access to a subset of the network on that same day. During this breach, files containing sensitive information were accessed or downloaded.
The company is still reviewing which individuals and information were affected. However, it has been confirmed that the following types of consumer information may have been exposed:
