Their mission is to help individuals and families achieve personal change and improve their quality of life through a comprehensive continuum of care.

What Happened?

In July 2025, High Point & Affiliated Organizations experienced a significant data breach. On July 6, 2025, the company discovered unusual activity in its network environment. After an investigation with the help of legal counsel and third-party forensic specialists, it was determined that an unauthorized individual may have viewed and copied certain sensitive information. The review of impacted data was completed by July 17, 2025.

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth

The breach affected a total of 4,613 people across the United States, with the majority in Massachusetts (4,359), as well as individuals in Maine (4) and New Hampshire (15). The company notified affected individuals by written notice on July 29, 2025. High Point offered complimentary credit monitoring and fraud assistance services to those impacted.

Notably, the ransomware group Abyss claimed responsibility for the attack and posted about it on the dark web on July 26, 2025, stating they obtained 1.8 TB of uncompressed data.
