On Sept. 10, 2026, Heywood Healthcare reported a data breach to the Vermont Attorney General.
The breach affected at least 516 residents in Vermont, with the total number of impacted individuals in other states still being determined. The incident involved unauthorized access to sensitive personal information belonging to patients, employees, or others associated with the healthcare system.
