What Happened?

Harper Executive Group Inc. experienced a data security incident that resulted in unauthorized access to sensitive information. The breach was discovered on Jan. 14, 2026, after the company detected a network disruption and launched an internal investigation with the help of third-party specialists.

An investigation revealed that certain personal data was accessed or acquired without authorization around March 3, 2025.

The company completed its review of the affected data in January 2026 and began notifying impacted individuals by U.S. mail and through a dedicated website starting March 18, 2026. The breach was reported to several state attorney general offices, including Maine, Massachusetts and Texas.

The number of affected individuals includes at least 5,672 in Texas, 14 in Massachusetts and one in Maine. The total number of U.S. residents impacted has not been publicly disclosed.
