What Happened?
Green Imaging discovered suspicious activity in its email environment on Oct. 17, 2025.
After launching an investigation with third-party cybersecurity specialists, it was determined that an unauthorized party accessed one user account between Oct. 7, 2025, and Oct. 17, 2025. During this time, sensitive information may have been accessed or copied.
The breach was reported to the Texas Attorney General on April 27, 2026. According to disclosures, at least 5,016 individuals in Texas were affected.
The company notified affected individuals by U.S. mail and by posting a notice on its website.
