What Happened?
On Dec. 3, 2025, Glendora Surgery Center discovered suspicious activity on a portion of its computer network.
With help from third-party cybersecurity specialists, the center investigated the incident and determined that unauthorized access to medical information occurred between Nov. 29 and Dec. 3, 2025.
The breach was reported to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on March 27, 2026.
