What Happened?

On Dec. 23, 2025, GiaCare discovered a vulnerability in the file-sharing platform of a third-party vendor, Gladinet CentreStack, which they used for storing files.

After investigating with its IT security vendor, GiaCare confirmed that its own systems were not compromised; however, the investigation revealed that an unauthorized third party accessed and exfiltrated certain files from the CentreStack platform on Dec. 6, 2025.

GiaCare determined that the files accessed contained sensitive personal information of at least one New Hampshire resident.
