What happened?

On March 6, 2025, Fusion Medical Staffing discovered a data breach involving unauthorized access to certain files. An internal investigation determined that an unauthorized actor accessed personal and protected health information was acquired without authorization.

On June 23, 2025, Fusion Medical Staffing confirmed that at least 1,150 individuals were compromised in the data breach. Affected individuals were notified by mail beginning on Aug. 19, 2025.
