What Happened?

The incident occurred between March 24, 2025, and March 25, 2025. Qilin claimed responsibility for the attack and stated they obtained 69 GB of the organization’s data, threatening to publish it on April 8, 2025, via the Tor network.

The breach was officially disclosed to the California Attorney General on Oct. 16, 2026.
